《にじきりまとめ》（以下「本アプリ」といいます）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを非常に重視しています。本ポリシーでは、本アプリの利用時に発生するデータを、当方がどのように収集、利用、保存、保護するかを説明します。

1. 収集または保存するデータ

本アプリの利用時、以下のデータがユーザーの端末または当方のサーバーに保存される場合があります。

アプリ設定データ：表示言語、外観モード、文字サイズ、再生方法、キャッシュ設定など。
お気に入り登録した Liver、保存した動画、プレイリスト、視聴履歴、動画の再生位置、検索ブラックリスト、キーワードフィルター、ライバーごとの通知設定。
Google ログインを利用する場合、ユーザーの同意を得たうえで処理する Google アカウントの基本情報：Google アカウント識別子、表示名、メールアドレス、プロフィール画像 URL。
通知機能を有効にした場合、APNs または FCM デバイストークン、通知設定、関連するチャンネル ID。
不具合調査およびサービス安定性の改善のための診断ログ：エラーメッセージ、アプリバージョン、OS バージョン、端末識別用 ID、関連する操作状況など。

当方はユーザーの Google パスワードを取得または保存しません。

2. 利用目的

上記データは、本アプリの機能提供および改善のために利用されます。

端末間で、お気に入り登録した Liver、保存動画、プレイリスト、視聴履歴、動画の再生位置、検索設定、ライバーごとの通知設定を同期・復元するため。
切り抜き動画、ライブ情報、配信予定、関連動画、チャンネル icon、サムネイル、視聴者数などを表示するため。
お気に入り登録した Liver の配信開始、配信10分前、または新しい切り抜き動画の通知を、ユーザーが選択した設定に従って送信するため。
重複する API リクエストを減らし、YouTube Data API quota の消費を抑え、アプリの読み込み速度を改善するため。
検索失敗、API quota 問題、ログイン失敗、同期失敗、その他のエラーを分析し、サービスの安定性を改善するため。

当方は、ユーザーの個人情報、視聴履歴、プレイリスト、保存データを第三者の広告業者に販売、貸与、提供しません。

3. YouTube Data API Services の利用

本アプリは、バックエンドサーバーを通じて YouTube Data API Services を利用し、YouTube 上で公開されている動画およびチャンネルのメタデータを取得します。主な利用目的は以下のとおりです。

初回補完または低頻度の保守処理で必要な場合に限り、制限された頻度でお気に入り登録した Liver に関連する切り抜き動画の公開メタデータを補完するため。
動画 ID、動画タイトル、投稿チャンネル名、公開日時、サムネイル URL、YouTube 動画 URL を取得するため。
動画の視聴回数、動画説明、チャンネル ID、チャンネル icon URL などの公開メタデータを取得するため。
Liver のチャンネル icon URL を取得または更新するため。
内蔵プレイヤーで表示する動画の公開状態、統計、説明などを確認するため。
通常は Holodex とサーバーキャッシュを優先し、YouTube Data API は低頻度の補完または公開状態確認に利用するため。

YouTube Data API key はアプリ内には保存されず、バックエンドサーバーで管理されます。本アプリおよびサーバーは、YouTube Data API Services を通じて YouTube 上の動画ファイルそのものをダウンロード、複製、保存しません。サーバーに保存されるのは、動画 ID、タイトル、投稿チャンネル名、公開日時、サムネイル URL、YouTube URL、保存日時などの動画関連メタデータです。動画およびライブ配信の再生は、YouTube 埋め込みプレイヤー、YouTube アプリ、または YouTube ウェブサイトを通じて行われます。

本アプリ内で YouTube 埋め込みプレイヤーを使用する際、第三者（YouTube や Google など）が広告を含むコンテンツを配信したり、情報を収集するためにお客様のデバイスやブラウザ上で Cookie や類似の技術を配置、アクセス、または認識したりする場合がありますのでご了承ください。

YouTube Data API サービスは Google LLC によって提供されています。本アプリを使用することにより、お客様は YouTube 利用規約に拘束されることに同意するものとします。また、YouTube コンテンツの利用には、Google プライバシーポリシーおよび Google API サービスのユーザーデータポリシーも適用されます。

4. Holodex API の利用

本アプリは、バックエンドサーバーを通じて Holodex API も利用し、ライブ情報および動画メタデータを補完します。主な利用目的は以下のとおりです。

Liver の配信中ステータスを取得するため。
配信予定データを取得するため。
配信タイトル、配信状態、配信開始または予定時刻、サムネイル URL、YouTube 動画 ID、YouTube URL を取得するため。
視聴者数または同時視聴者数などの公開データを取得するため。
切り抜き動画メタデータの通常の取得元として利用するため。手動更新では最新の切り抜き動画を最大100本、定期更新や初回補完では最大250本まで取得する場合があります。
5時間ごとの定期自動更新および手動更新では Holodex とサーバーキャッシュを優先します。同じ Liver について、キャッシュ本数に関係なく、最新動画の確認を YouTube Data API で6時間に1回まで行う場合があります。キャッシュが80本未満、または Holodex の最新データが古い場合は補完も行います。手動更新が YouTube 検索を直接開始することはありません。
YouTube API から動画説明を取得できない場合、Holodex API が返す公開データを補足情報として利用するため。

Holodex API key はアプリ内には保存されず、バックエンドサーバーで管理されます。Holodex API は公開されている動画、ライブ配信、チャンネル関連メタデータのみを返します。本アプリおよびサーバーは、Holodex API を通じて YouTube 上の動画ファイルそのものをダウンロード、複製、保存しません。Holodex API が返すデータには、YouTube の公開データおよび Holodex が整理した公開メタデータが含まれる場合があります。

5. サーバー保存とキャッシュ

スマートフォン側の負荷を減らし、API 使用量を抑え、読み込み速度を改善するため、本アプリの一部データはサーバーで処理または保存されます。

切り抜き動画検索結果のメタデータ。
ライブ情報および配信予定メタデータ。
チャンネル icon URL、サムネイル URL、画像キャッシュ。
Google ログイン後のアカウント同期データ。
視聴履歴、動画の再生位置、保存動画、プレイリスト、検索設定、ライバーごとの通知設定。
APNs / FCM 通知 token および通知設定。
診断ログおよびシステムエラー記録。

画像キャッシュにはサムネイルやチャンネル icon などの画像ファイルのみが保存され、動画ファイルは保存されません。API key はアプリ内には保存されず、サーバー側で管理されます。

6. データ保存期間

YouTube Data API を通じて取得した切り抜き動画の検索結果メタデータ、統計情報、および画像キャッシュは定期的に更新されます。YouTube デベロッパーポリシーを遵守するため、これらの API データや統計情報を 30 日を超えて保存することはありません。サーバーが YouTube の動画ファイル自体を保存することはなく、本アプリがお使いのデバイスに完全な動画ファイルを保存することもありません。
ライブ情報は定期更新時に最新の取得可能なライブデータと照合され、古いライブ情報は削除されます。
診断ログは通常 90 日間保存されます。
データベースバックアップは通常 14 日間保存されます。
Google ログイン後にサーバーへ同期されたアカウントデータは、ユーザーがアプリ内で削除するか、当方へ削除を依頼するまで保存される場合があります。

7. データ安全性

HTTPS による暗号化通信。
Cloudflare などによる不正アクセスおよび悪意あるリクエストの軽減。
API key およびサーバー secret をサーバー側で管理し、アプリ内に含めない設計。
token、secret、パスワードなどの機密項目をログに記録しないよう努め、必要に応じてサーバー側で秘匿化します。

いかなるネットワークサービスも絶対的な安全性を保証することはできませんが、当方は継続的に保護措置の改善に努めます。

8. ユーザーの権利とデータ削除

ユーザーはアプリ内で一部のデータを管理または削除できます。

icon キャッシュの削除。
ローカルユーザーデータの削除。
視聴履歴、保存動画、プレイリストの削除。
Google ログイン中に「すべてのユーザーデータを削除」を使用し、サーバーに同期されたアカウントアプリデータの削除をリクエストすること。

サーバーに保存された Google ログインデータ、同期データ、視聴履歴、プレイリスト、保存データ、検索設定の削除を希望する場合は、support@nijikiri.com までご連絡ください。当方は請求確認後、主要データベース内の関連データを削除します。バックアップデータおよび診断ログは、既定の保存期間に従って自動的に削除されます。

9. プライバシーポリシーの改定

本ポリシーは、アプリ機能の更新、サーバー構成の変更、法令上の要請に応じて変更される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合、アプリまたは公式ウェブページ上で通知します。

《彩虹切片總匯》（にじきりまとめ）（以下簡稱「本應用程式」）非常重視您的個人隱私。本隱私政策說明我們在您使用本應用程式時，如何收集、使用、保存及保護相關資料。

1. 我們會收集或保存的資料

當您使用本應用程式時，以下資料可能會被保存在您的裝置或我們的伺服器中：

App 設定資料，例如顯示語言、外觀模式、文字大小、播放方式及快取設定。
已加星 Liver、已收藏影片、播放列表、觀看紀錄、影片播放進度、搜尋黑名單、關鍵字過濾及各 Liver 通知設定。
當您使用 Google 登入時，我們會在取得您的同意後處理 Google 帳戶的基本資料，包括 Google 帳戶識別碼、顯示名稱、電郵地址及頭像 URL。
若您啟用通知功能，我們可能會保存 APNs 或 FCM 裝置 token、通知設定及相關頻道 ID，以便發送您所選擇的通知。
為了排查錯誤及改善服務穩定性，我們可能會保存診斷 log，例如錯誤訊息、App 版本、OS 版本、裝置識別用 ID 及相關操作狀態。

我們不會取得或保存您的 Google 密碼。

2. 使用目的

我們收集及保存上述資料，是為了提供及改善本應用程式的功能，包括：

在不同裝置之間同步及復原您的已加星 Liver、收藏影片、播放列表、觀看紀錄、影片播放進度、搜尋設定及各 Liver 通知設定。
顯示精華影片、直播資訊、直播預定、相關影片、頻道 icon、縮圖及觀看人數等內容。
依照您的選擇，發送已加星 Liver 的直播前 10 分鐘、直播開始或新精華影片通知。
減少重複 API 請求，降低 YouTube Data API quota 消耗，並提升 App 載入速度。
分析搜尋失敗、API quota 問題、登入失敗、同步失敗及其他錯誤，以改善服務穩定性。

我們不會將您的個人資料、觀看紀錄、播放列表或收藏資料出售、出租或提供予第三方廣告商。

3. YouTube Data API Services 的使用

本應用程式會透過後端伺服器使用 YouTube Data API Services，以取得 YouTube 上公開可見的影片及頻道 metadata。YouTube Data API Services 主要用於以下功能：

只在初次補完或低頻維護處理需要時，以受限制頻率補完與已加星 Liver 相關的公開精華影片 metadata。
取得影片 ID、影片標題、投稿頻道名稱、公開日期、縮圖 URL 及 YouTube 影片連結。
取得影片觀看次數、影片描述、頻道 ID、頻道 icon URL 等公開 metadata。
取得或更新 Liver 頻道 icon URL。
確認內置播放器中影片的公開狀態、統計資料及影片描述等公開資訊。
一般情況下優先使用 Holodex 及 Server 快取；YouTube Data API 主要用於低頻補完或公開狀態確認。

YouTube Data API key 不會保存在 App 內，而是由後端伺服器管理。本應用程式及伺服器不會透過 YouTube Data API Services 下載、複製或保存 YouTube 上的影片檔案本體。伺服器只會保存影片相關 metadata，例如影片 ID、標題、投稿頻道名稱、公開日期、縮圖 URL、YouTube URL 及保存時間。影片及直播播放會透過 YouTube 內嵌播放器、YouTube App 或 YouTube 網站進行。

使用本應用程式內建的 YouTube 播放器時，請注意，第三方（例如 YouTube 與 Google）可能會提供包含廣告在內的內容，並可能在您的裝置或瀏覽器上放置、存取或辨識 Cookie 及類似技術以收集資訊。

YouTube Data API 服務由 Google LLC 提供。使用本應用程式即表示您同意受 YouTube 服務條款約束。您對 YouTube 內容的使用同時受 Google 隱私權政策及 Google API 服務使用者資料政策的規範。

4. Holodex API 的使用

本應用程式亦會透過後端伺服器使用 Holodex API，以補充直播資訊及影片 metadata。Holodex API 主要用於以下功能：

取得 Liver 的直播中狀態。
取得直播預定資料。
取得直播標題、直播狀態、直播開始或預定時間、縮圖 URL、YouTube 影片 ID 及 YouTube URL。
取得直播觀看人數或同時視聴者數等公開資料。
作為精華影片 metadata 的一般取得來源。手動更新時最多取得最新 100 條精華影片；定時更新或初次補完時，最多可取得 250 條。
5 小時一次的定時自動更新及手動更新會優先使用 Holodex 及 Server 快取。即使快取數量足夠，Server 仍可能每 6 小時使用 YouTube Data API 檢查同一位 Liver 的最新影片；當快取少於 80 條或 Holodex 最新資料可能偏舊時，也會進行補完。手動更新不會直接開始 YouTube 搜尋。
在 YouTube API 無法回傳影片描述時，嘗試以 Holodex API 回傳的公開資料作為補充。

Holodex API key 不會保存在 App 內，而是由後端伺服器管理。Holodex API 只會回傳公開可見的影片、直播及頻道相關 metadata。本應用程式及伺服器不會透過 Holodex API 下載、複製或保存 YouTube 上的影片檔案本體。Holodex API 回傳的資料可能來自 YouTube 公開資料及 Holodex 自身整理的公開 metadata。

5. 伺服器保存與快取

為了減少手機負荷、降低 API 使用量及提升載入速度，本應用程式的部分資料會由伺服器處理或保存。

精華影片搜尋結果 metadata。
直播資訊及直播預定 metadata。
頻道 icon URL、縮圖 URL 及圖片快取。
Google 登入後的帳號同步資料。
觀看紀錄、影片播放進度、收藏影片、播放列表、搜尋設定及各 Liver 通知設定。
APNs / FCM 通知 token 及通知設定。
診斷 log 及系統錯誤紀錄。

圖片快取只會保存縮圖及頻道 icon 等圖片檔，不會保存影片檔案。API key 不會保存在 App 內，而是由伺服器端管理。

6. 資料保存期間

透過 YouTube Data API 取得的精華影片搜尋結果詮釋資料（Metadata）、統計數據與圖片快取會定期更新。為遵守 YouTube 開發者政策，我們儲存這些 API 數據與統計資料的時間不會超過 30 天。伺服器不會儲存 YouTube 影片檔案本身，本應用程式也不會在您的裝置上儲存完整的影片檔案。
直播資訊會在定期更新時與最新可取得的直播資料比對，舊的直播資料會被刪除。
診斷 log 通常保存 90 日。
資料庫備份通常保存 14 日。
Google 登入後同步到伺服器的帳號資料，會保存至您在 App 內刪除資料，或向我們提出刪除請求為止。

7. 資料安全

使用 HTTPS 加密傳輸資料。
使用 Cloudflare 等防護措施減少未授權存取及惡意請求。
將 API key 及伺服器密鑰保存在伺服器端，不放入 App 內。
對敏感欄位，例如 token、secret、密碼等，盡量避免寫入 log，並在伺服器端進行遮蔽處理。

請注意，任何網絡服務都無法保證絕對安全，但我們會持續改善保護措施。

8. 使用者的權利與資料刪除

您可以在 App 內管理或刪除部分資料，包括：

清除 icon 快取。
清除本機用戶資料。
刪除觀看紀錄、收藏影片及播放列表。
在 Google 登入狀態下使用「刪除所有用戶資料」功能，向伺服器請求刪除已同步的帳號 App 資料。

若您希望刪除儲存在伺服器上的 Google 登入資料、同步資料、觀看紀錄、播放列表、收藏或搜尋設定，也可以透過以下電郵聯絡我們：support@nijikiri.com

我們會在確認請求後，刪除主要資料庫中的相關資料。備份資料及診斷 log 會依照既定保存期限自動清理。

9. 隱私政策的修訂

本隱私政策可能會因 App 功能更新、伺服器架構調整或法規要求而作出修改。若有重大變更，我們會在 App 或官方網頁中作出通知。

NijiClips (にじきりまとめ) (the "App") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect data generated when you use the App.

1. Data We Collect or Store

When you use the App, the following data may be stored on your device or on our server:

App settings such as display language, appearance mode, text size, playback method, and cache settings.
Starred VTubers, favorite videos, playlists, watch history, video playback progress, search blacklists, keyword filters, and per-Liver notification settings.
When you use Google Sign-In, we process basic Google account information with your consent, including Google account identifier, display name, email address, and profile photo URL.
When notifications are enabled, we may store APNs or FCM device tokens, notification settings, and related channel IDs so that we can send the notification types you select.
Diagnostic logs used to investigate errors and improve service stability, such as error messages, App version, OS version, device identifier, and related operation context.

We do not receive or store your Google password.

2. Purpose of Use

We collect and store the data above to provide and improve the App, including:

Syncing and restoring starred VTubers, favorite videos, playlists, watch history, video playback progress, search settings, and per-Liver notification settings across devices.
Displaying clip videos, livestream information, scheduled streams, related videos, channel icons, thumbnails, and viewer counts.
Sending 10-minute livestream reminders, live-start alerts, or new-clip notifications for starred VTubers according to your selected settings.
Reducing repeated API requests, lowering YouTube Data API quota usage, and improving App loading speed.
Analyzing search failures, API quota issues, login failures, sync failures, and other errors to improve service stability.

We do not sell, rent, or provide your personal data, watch history, playlists, or favorite data to third-party advertisers.

3. Use of YouTube Data API Services

The App uses YouTube Data API Services through our backend server to obtain publicly available video and channel metadata from YouTube. YouTube Data API Services are mainly used for the following features:

Supplementing public clip-video metadata for starred VTubers at a limited frequency only when initial backfill or low-frequency maintenance requires it.
Fetching video ID, video title, creator/channel name, published date, thumbnail URL, and YouTube video URL.
Fetching public metadata such as view count, video description, channel ID, and channel icon URL.
Fetching or updating VTuber channel icon URLs.
Checking public availability, statistics, and descriptions for videos shown in the built-in player.
Prioritizing Holodex and server cache in normal use, while using the YouTube Data API mainly for low-frequency fallback or public availability checks.

The YouTube Data API key is not stored inside the App and is managed by the backend server. The App and server do not use YouTube Data API Services to download, copy, or store YouTube video files themselves. The server stores only video-related metadata such as video ID, title, creator/channel name, published date, thumbnail URL, YouTube URL, and saved timestamp. Video and livestream playback is provided through the YouTube embedded player, the YouTube app, or the YouTube website.

By using the YouTube embedded player within the App, please note that third parties (such as YouTube and Google) may serve content, including advertisements, and may place, access, or recognize cookies or similar technologies on your device or browser to collect information.

YouTube Data API Services are provided by Google LLC. By using this App, you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Your use of YouTube content is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy.

4. Use of Holodex API

The App also uses Holodex API through our backend server to supplement livestream information and video metadata. Holodex API is mainly used for the following features:

Fetching live status for VTubers.
Fetching scheduled livestream data.
Fetching livestream title, live status, start or scheduled time, thumbnail URL, YouTube video ID, and YouTube URL.
Fetching public data such as viewer count or concurrent viewers.
Serving as the normal source for clip metadata. Manual refresh may fetch up to 100 latest clips, while scheduled or initial backfill may fetch up to 250 clips.
The 5-hour scheduled automatic refresh and manual refresh prioritize Holodex and the server cache. Regardless of cache size, the server may use the YouTube Data API to check for the latest videos for each VTuber at most once every 6 hours. Supplementary backfill is also used when fewer than 80 clips are cached or the latest Holodex data appears stale. A manual refresh does not directly start a YouTube search.

The Holodex API key is not stored inside the App and is managed by the backend server. Holodex API returns only publicly available video, livestream, and channel-related metadata. The App and server do not use Holodex API to download, copy, or store YouTube video files themselves. Data returned by Holodex API may include public YouTube data and public metadata organized by Holodex.

5. Server Storage and Cache

To reduce device load, lower API usage, and improve loading speed, some App data is processed or stored by the server.

Clip search-result metadata.
Livestream and scheduled stream metadata.
Channel icon URLs, thumbnail URLs, and image cache.
Account sync data after Google Sign-In.
Watch history, video playback progress, favorite videos, playlists, search settings, and per-Liver notification settings.
APNs / FCM notification tokens and notification settings.
Diagnostic logs and system error records.

The image cache stores only image files such as thumbnails and channel icons. It does not store video files. API keys are not stored inside the App and are managed by the server.

6. Data Retention

Clip search-result metadata, statistics, and image cache retrieved via the YouTube Data API are refreshed regularly. To comply with YouTube Developer Policies, we do not store these API data or statistics for more than 30 days. The server does not store YouTube video files themselves, and the App does not save full video files on your device.
Livestream data is compared with the latest available livestream data during scheduled refreshes, and stale livestream entries are deleted.
Diagnostic logs are normally retained for 90 days.
Database backups are normally retained for 14 days.
Account data synced to the server after Google Sign-In may be retained until you delete the data in the App or request deletion from us.

7. Data Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS.
Cloudflare and related protections are used to reduce unauthorized access and malicious requests.
API keys and server secrets are kept on the server side and are not included inside the App.
We try to avoid writing sensitive fields such as tokens, secrets, and passwords to logs, and redact them on the server side where appropriate.

Please note that no network service can guarantee absolute security, but we continuously work to improve our protective measures.

8. User Rights and Data Deletion

You can manage or delete certain data inside the App, including:

Clearing icon cache.
Clearing local user data.
Deleting watch history, favorite videos, and playlists.
Using "Delete All User Data" while signed in with Google to request deletion of account-synced App data stored on the server.

If you want to delete Google login data, synced data, watch history, playlists, favorites, or search settings stored on the server, you may contact us at support@nijikiri.com.

After confirming the request, we will delete the relevant data from the primary database. Backup data and diagnostic logs will be cleared automatically according to their retention periods.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated due to App feature changes, server architecture changes, or legal requirements. If there are material changes, we will notify users in the App or on the official website.
