《にじきりまとめ》利用規約

《にじきりまとめ》（以下「本アプリ」といいます）を利用することにより、お客様は本利用規約および プライバシーポリシーに同意するものとします。
1. 本アプリの目的
《にじきりまとめ》は、にじさんじ関連の公開動画、切り抜き動画、ライブ配信情報、お気に入り、プレイリスト、視聴履歴、通知などを管理しやすくするための非公式アプリです。本アプリは YouTube、Google、ANYCOLOR 株式会社、にじさんじ、Holodex の公式アプリではなく、これらの団体と提携していません。
2. YouTube コンテンツの利用
本アプリ内の YouTube コンテンツは、YouTube 埋め込みプレイヤー、YouTube アプリ、または YouTube ウェブサイトを通じて再生されます。本アプリおよびサーバーは、YouTube の動画ファイル自体をダウンロード、複製、保存、再配布しません。
本アプリを使用することにより、お客様は YouTube 利用規約に拘束されることに同意するものとします。また、YouTube コンテンツの利用には、Google プライバシーポリシーおよび Google API サービスのユーザーデータポリシーも適用されます。
3. ユーザーの責任
お客様は、本アプリを合法的な目的でのみ利用し、YouTube、Google、および各権利者の規約やガイドラインに従うものとします。本アプリを使用して第三者の権利を侵害したり、不正アクセス、妨害行為、過度なリクエスト送信などを行ったりしてはいけません。
4. データとアカウント
Google ログインを利用した場合、お気に入り、プレイリスト、視聴履歴、検索設定などのアプリデータがサーバーに同期される場合があります。データの取り扱いについては プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
5. 免責事項
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。公開 API、YouTube、Holodex、ネットワーク、端末環境の変更などにより、一部機能が利用できない場合があります。法令で認められる範囲において、本アプリの利用により生じた損害について責任を負いません。

《彩虹切片總匯》（にじきりまとめ）是一款非官方應用程式，用於更方便地瀏覽和管理彩虹社相關的公開影片、精華影片、直播資訊、收藏、播放清單、觀看紀錄及通知。本應用程式並非 YouTube、Google、ANYCOLOR 株式會社、にじさんじ或 Holodex 的官方應用程式，亦未與上述團體合作或獲其認可。
2. YouTube 內容的使用
本應用程式內的 YouTube 內容會透過 YouTube 內嵌播放器、YouTube App 或 YouTube 網站播放。本應用程式及伺服器不會下載、複製、保存或再分發 YouTube 影片檔案本身。
使用本應用程式即表示您同意受 YouTube 服務條款約束。您對 YouTube 內容的使用同時受 Google 隱私權政策及 Google API 服務使用者資料政策的規範。
3. 使用者責任
您只可將本應用程式用於合法目的，並須遵守 YouTube、Google 及各權利人的條款及指引。您不得使用本應用程式侵害第三方權利，或進行未授權存取、干擾服務、過度請求等行為。
4. 資料與帳號
如您使用 Google 登入，收藏、播放清單、觀看紀錄、搜尋設定等 App 資料可能會同步到伺服器。資料處理方式請參閱 隱私權政策。
5. 免責聲明
本應用程式按現狀提供。公開 API、YouTube、Holodex、網絡或裝置環境變更時，部分功能可能無法使用。在法律允許的範圍內，我們不對使用本應用程式造成的損害承擔責任。

By using NijiClips (にじきりまとめ), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
1. Purpose of the App
NijiClips (にじきりまとめ) is an unofficial app for browsing and managing public Nijisanji-related videos, clip videos, livestream information, favorites, playlists, watch history, and notifications. The App is not an official app of YouTube, Google, ANYCOLOR Inc., Nijisanji, or Holodex, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
2. Use of YouTube Content
YouTube content in the App is played through the YouTube embedded player, the YouTube app, or the YouTube website. The App and server do not download, copy, store, or redistribute YouTube video files themselves.
By using this App, you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Your use of YouTube content is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
3. User Responsibilities
You may use the App only for lawful purposes and must follow the terms and guidelines of YouTube, Google, and the relevant rights holders. You must not use the App to infringe third-party rights, access services without authorization, interfere with services, or send excessive requests.
4. Data and Accounts
If you use Google Sign-In, app data such as favorites, playlists, watch history, and search settings may be synced to our server. Please see our Privacy Policy for details about data handling.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided as is. Some features may become unavailable due to changes in public APIs, YouTube, Holodex, network conditions, or device environments. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for damages arising from use of the App.
